.These days when we talk about time management , it reminds of eating the frog first , or some tools only can help us to focus more and do not get distract
But I believe that the most important thing is to understand the philosophy of time after that we can see at the first , we have to improve our mindset and our spiritual intelligence
.If we can improve our self in both mindset and spiritual intelligence , now we would be able to take advantage of these tools
:First of all , I would like to draw your kind attention to this question
?what is the most important asset for us
.health, education , money , family , life , time and etc
if you ponder in this question , you will agree with me that the most important asset is time , for others , they are important too . but there is a big different between time with others
for time , if we lose it we can not make it up and gain it again but for others even healthy , maybe , if we adhere ourselves to a diet , take a medicine and rest or do exercise and meditation , we can gain it again but never ever if you lose your time you won’t gain it again
.please let think about it more
only during a day we have 1440 minutes or 86400 second time ( I suggest you to put these number in a place which you can see them and also your colleagues and friends be aware of your concern about your time .)
any time you are upset or feeling you are confused to follow your dream , think about this matter , only 1440 minutes per day . if you use it you are winner otherwise you have lost your asset
:after thinking about this practical philosophy you have be clear about the following two things
Determine your purposes and goals *
Every time you have to identify the most important priority according to your goals *
Also I suugest you to use cognitive scientific research which can help you to organize yourself more , like this one ,.Please be honest and clear with yourself , sometimes we are cheating ourselves about our purpose , goal and priority
Dan Ariely, a Duke University professor of psychology and behavioral
economics, suggests that most people are most productive and have the highest cognitive functioning in the first two hours after they’re fully awake. In a Reditt Ask Me Anything, Ariely wrote: One of the saddest mistakes in time management is the propensity of people to spend the two most productive hours of their day on things that don’t require high cognitive capacity (like social media). If we could salvage those precious hours, most of us would be much more successful in accomplishing what we truly want.
I will write more about time management in further essays .
